The intervention, located in a remaining lot of the 30s where there is still a villa with a park, had necessary to compares itself with the characteristics of the "rationalistic seaside architecture of the era".
The formal choices of the new building refer to the peculiarities of the existing villa by modernizing its rationalist language and contrast with the pre-existing binding arboreal structures. The project adapts itself to the site, and the existing trees, more than determining the trapezium shape of the structure, become thus a point of strength and recognition.
